Robin has just installed a heat pump for me which was done very neatly and quickly. He Is a true problem solver which is important when renovating. I will also be using Star-Delta for a solar installation next year, so looking forward to that.

Had Robin install a solar setup for us just under a year ago. Him and his son managed to do the whole install in a single day, so was no inconvenience at all. Everything works great and haven't had a power bill over $30 since. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get solar or any other electrical work.

When looking to make an investment into something of this nature, one needs to get good honest advice on something that we know little about. The Solar Power Industry is becoming highly competitive in New Zealand for the consumers $ and really it is about the Solar Power provider trying to convince you that their system is the best, when really all they want is your business and they manipulate their quote to appease what they believe is going to get your business, rather than really is what is best (or not) for you. We found Robin from Star Delta Electrical, absolutely sound, honest, transparent and above all wanting to give experienced advice for our particular circumstances and not for his commercial advantage. Star Delta’s delivery and workmanship was impeccable! - A rear commodity unfortunately we see today. Believe me, and you can call me old school if you wish, but I have recently finished a new build project and our experience of so called customer service left a huge lot to be desired and often we did not feel to be the customer, but rather just the one that would pay the bill!- Not so with Star Delta Electrical We highly recommend Robin and his team at Star Delta to anyone seeking honesty and good work delivery knowing that they will always be available in any after sales advice if necessary. Robin and his team are fantastic to work with. From initial advice, to installation, and after care service, all very easy and professional. And a family team. After trying to get decent comms from a number of other solar installers, who all seemed to leave us in the wilderness, a local mate put us in touch with Robin, who delivered everything we were looking for in terms of quality product, speed of service, communication, adaptability to our needs, and professional advice. Robin was contracted by the company that initially installed our heat pump, to fix a leak, as they were short staffed. He came highly recommended & it was evident at our first meeting that he was a very knowledgeable, experienced & friendly person whose focus was on solving the problem in a timely & professional manner. With the leak fixed he even took time to test the compressor & offered prompt attention to any further issues. Great service! I found star delta to be very helpful, meticulous in detail, and i was comforted by their awareness of animals in the house and the need to shut the gates behind them.

We recently had an 18 solar panel-battery system installed a few weeks ago by Star-Delta Electrical. This system is great, and we have had no issues whatsoever with it. Robin and his team were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about installing solar power.

First time customer, and im blown away at the service. Today is a Sunday and I called Star Electrical about my rental property having an electrical issue with the hot water... they showed up and had the problem fixed within an hour, at a very fair price! They included photos and a detailed invoice within 2 hours also. Service like this is rare and I'm very grateful, would 10/10 recommend

I have had a wonderful experience from our first hui a week ago. A week later my installation is happening after 22 months wait from Greenspark Chch. I had a few items that needed doing around the home. Not a large amount but 1-2 hours of work. They listened to what I wanted, took photos of what was needed. Provided excellent advice. Robin and Rose were friendly and direct which is very refreshing. Excellent attention to detail when completing the work; and they left the area clean when completed.
